Giant Floral displays for Selfridges Wonder Room. Made from paper, fabric and paint.
Windows with The John Hour
The John Hour launch new windows for Selfridges Oxford Street as part of their January 2011 'Bright Young Things' scheme and to coincide with the Together Shop in the concept store.

Known collectively as The John Hour, the artists Emma Gibson, Emily Pugh and Raven Smith had their first European show in December 2010 and now have the opportunity to display their work in the windows of the worlds best department store.
Continuing in their aim to challenge the rules of modern society, The John Hour has created four installations featuring paralleled objects, which represent a clash of lowbrow and highbrow culture.
Coinciding with The Together Shop these items are paired together, juxtaposing the technological and the analogue, as a metaphor for the way we live now.
In the main window on the corner of Orchard Street and Oxford Street an iOrchestra takes centre stage, as a single iPod conducts a grand orchestra of brass instruments.
Other contrasts of old and new include ‘Tea for Two’ - a table set for a thousand diners alongside a microwave meal for two, ‘Saturday Night at the Movies’ - piles of red cinema chairs facing a single DVD player and ‘Game, Set and Match’ – tennis rackets playing court against a Wii remote.
